The whole process was quick and wonderful, however- on the product info manual it says “do not bend”; i received it folded in half. Product still works at the moment, will see if any issues later…

Hi Donovan, Thanks for your positive feedback regarding delivery. Just a note with regards to the folding – Folding or creasing the blanket while it’s in operation can lead to overheating, as it may cause the heating elements to concentrate heat in a small area, potentially triggering the blanket’s safety mechanisms or causing permanent damage. However, folding the blanket once along the direction of the heating wires for shipping purposes is acceptable. This method aligns with the natural layout of the heating elements and minimizes stress on them.
