I was extremely disappointed with my purchase experience. I ordered the FocusFit® Pro Gaming Headset specifically for its advertised retractable microphone, but received a version with a detachable mic instead. The headset arrived with signs of previous use, including scuffed USB connectors. Additionally, one speaker did not work when using the aux cable, and the headset refused to power on while charging — all of which indicate a defective or previously used product.
Despite raising these issues promptly, the overall experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down, as the product received did not match what was advertised. I cannot recommend this product or service based on my experience.
