Unfortunately this Sat I came home to find it on the ground, my dog did chew the clips after it was off. The clips seemed like they were not strong or clipping well from day 1.
I thought they should be stronger. Or perhaps I received a dud.
I would appreciate it if you could help me with the current situation, even a strap replacement.
My dog could have been harmed. The product is advertised for large dogs.

At this stage, we haven’t received similar reports, which suggests this may be an isolated incident—though we do take your experience seriously.
We always strive to improve, and your suggestion regarding stronger clips has been noted and shared with our quality team for consideration in future product updates. While we are unable to customise products for individual requirements, we are constantly looking at ways to evolve our range to meet the broader needs of our customers.
In this case, sending a replacement is unlikely to resolve the issue, as it uses the same clip design.
It’s possible that the specific needs or behaviour of your dog may require a more heavy-duty solution beyond the scope of this product.
